Sealed is better. Less dirt will get into them so less friction and you wont need to clean them as much often.

Sealed. No dirt will get in to dirty them up.

I don't know of any friction advantages, but sealed would be best if you run it outside alot I would imagine.

Sealed is better but a little more expensive. If you could afford it ceramic bearings are the best. But sealed is better out of those two

Sealed is better, but if you are a little careless and never clean out the sealed ones, they will be destroyed. I think. If you buy the opened ones, it will be much easier to clean than the sealed ones, but you will need to clean them more often.

Open ones offer better performance but require to be cleaned more often
Sealed requires less cleaning but arent as great performance wise.
If you run on the outside or dusty conditions get sealed, if you race on clean areas like clean hardwood floor, xmod foam track etc. get open.
