i have seen quite a few polls and nobody votes for the civic? i was wondering y no one likes the civic and everyone votes for skyline?

civic is common in north america, skyline is very uncommon. so people buy the one that they would want in real life. now you cant tlel me youd pick a civic over a skyline

Yea 5.0 that is very true I have nevr seen a skyline here in North America and i dont think I will be seeing one anytime soon arent they illegal imports?

well when i went to hong kong, the 2 common cars over there are skylines and lancers. america is way different. you can have a skyline in america but you aren't supposed to drive it b/c of smog and all that crap. someone told me america enforces smog rules so that is why they add on the catalytic converter on usdm cars. i think it's mostly because of the smog problem for cars such as skylines. i want a S15s' here. the closest thing to a S15 is seeing 240's with the headlight conversions out on the streets. i think it is really lame that the US enforces smog laws while pretty much every where doesn't. it makes a difference but not a huge significant difference. i don't think the reason people don't pick civics b/c they're too common. it maybe b/c they're faster and stuff. i mean if you live in asia and see another common skyline and see some unique/better car that you don't usually see, you would probably choose the car other than the skyline.

u can drive a skyline w/o a cat converter on it in florida and most other places but over populated places such as california and newyork dont allow it u cant even hav a bolt on exaust in cali it sucks thats y i dont plan on living there and u dont see them very often in america because its costly 2 get them imported and its hard 2 see out the left side im getting a 02 skyline in 2007 so i looked it up

well they are just flat *** illeagel in canada. But canadian law sias that if the model is 15 years old then they can be imported. So just this year we are allowed to have a 90'(r32) skyline in canada. But hey are still rare as hell, Ive never seen one in my life, except for at a vancouver auto show,

hey man im in B.C too, iv'e seen a couple and some pepl are selling there r32's.around 11grand canadian.ive seen a black one,its ok.doesnt seem all that interesting.


my reason for now choosing civics is b/c, well they suck dick in real life in my opinion.but i also hate skylines.more into supra's and evo's.
