Caffine = Bad Stuff
I'm a big fan of Bawls, for the taste, as the caffine does nothing for me... But today I decided to push how much Caffine I can drink....
I had a can of coke (34mg ) and a Bottle of Cherry Pepsi (38mg) this morning. I'm used to Bawls (80mg), so I didn't really wake up. I just got a stomach ache, and had to use the bathroom 4 times today.... Then around 3pm, I decided to chug a Rock Star Zero Carb (240mg). This is the most powerful energy drink, on the market, ever. 120mg of caffine per serving, 2 or three per can (16oz or 24oz cans).... About 15 minutes later, I got a splitting headache. God. It's 4.30pm and it still hurts. My friend took as sip, and same happened to him.... So, when I get home, I drink three cups of milk and eat three Chocklate Chip Cookies. Let's total it up: Coca-Cola Classic: -- 34 milligrams of caffine Wild Cherry Pepsi: --38 milligrams of caffine Rock Star Zero Carb (16oz): 240 milligrams of caffine Total: 312 Milligrams of Caffine. It's not recommend for an adult to consume more than 250mg in one day, let alone 240mg in 10 minutes time. I'm 15, weighing in at ~165.... Wonder why my head hurts? Don't try it. My stomach hurts, I have a horrible migrane, a semi-sore throat, and I'm sick. Bad idea.... Spring break I'm gonna dry downing 1g of Caffine.... I feel twichy. I wonder if I'll have a sezure. I'm tired but can't sleep.

hmm... I drink two or three Monsters or rocks stars a day at work plus how many pops I decided to drink. Doesnt do any thing to me, but im' about 180 pounds and well older. But I also drink lots of water, I have kidney stone problems I wonder why?

Dude i drink the zero carb Rockstar 16 oz all the time all it gives me is a major stomach ache that is all and i have never gotten more than a caffine 'buzz' from any energy drink. These are the energy drinks i have tried:
Rockstar 0 carb Red Bull 0 carb Full Throttle 0 carb Sobe No Fear (i think that is the name) 0 carb and no i can't have regular sugar drinks because i am diabetic (spelling?) and if you don't know what that means well it means that i can't have much sugar    what energy drinks do you think i should try. I want to try a BooKoo i think it might be all right if they have it in 0 carb.

It would take about 51.some thing to kill me I wonder what would happen if I just drank 50?
But my theory is that as you are drinking water with the energy drink, I think it passes threw you faster and the effects are not as bad.

Dude i had about 5 of those huge MONSTER cans......trust me i am so used/addicted to caffiene that i didnt even get a buz....but dude trust me....ive seen energy drinks do bad things to people....

Yeah. Even though you don't feel anything, you're body's still taking it in and causing damage to you.
For me, I usually drink a few coffees a day, one or two bottles of Bawls, and I'm done. No use trying to kill yourselves this early in life.

i was a competitor at a red bull ice climbing competition a couple years back and we could have as much as we wanted for free everyday of the comp. i think the one day i had like 8 or 9 cans.... i was off the wall, it was a lot of fun actually. i dont think i got sick because i was active all day long, so the caffeine was being put to use, but i slept really well that night, coming down off that stuff you just crash HARD.
