Default More stacked FET problems...

So I got the stacks made and put them on the board, but after it was all said and done, I could only get reverse... which means the forward FET is blown right? So which one is the forward FET, so I can remove it and replace it.

I didn't know there was forward and reverse FETs. Are you sure you didn't touch anything with your solder iron while you were putting the FETs in?

well i was reading another forum and some guy mentioned that he had blown the forward FET, so that's what made me think that, that might be my issue. the car spins the wheel in reverse fine, so im not sure whats going on, and I followed to tutorial from atomicmods.com.

yep, one is for each direction. since in order to reverse the direction of the motors rotation, you have to reverse the polarity to the motor. so one acts as a + and one as a -...

anyway, the one by the red wire should be the forward FET, and vice versa. Just double check all your solder joints. you may not have blown it, just not getting a good connection somewhere.
