Need music suggestions.
For those of you who don't know, I'm a music junky. Listening, playing, taking long walks on the beach with, whatever, I just love music! I'm always trying to find new stuff to listen to, and recently became interested in ska. Specifically ska-core. If anyone could suggest bands that fit into that genre, I will give you cookies. Lol, seriously, band suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

One of my teachers at school is into this (I think it is this genre of music anyway). She said something about "No Doubt" either fits in this category or is inspired from this type of music. I am not sure if that helps you out, but maybe it will be a start.

for those of you that don't know ska is is a music genre that originated in Jamaica in the late 1950s, and which was the precursor to rocksteady and reggae.Ska combined elements of Caribbean mento and calypso with American jazz and rhythm and blues. It is characterized by a walking bass line, accented with rhythms on the offbeat.
