are these wire backwards
these are the ones i got



because these other batteries wires are different



will anything happend to the batteries if i connect them??

looks like the same thing from where im sitting. flip your pack and itll look like the one in the picture.

Notice how in the AtomicMods picture there is the ridge next to the end of the positive side of the cell? As long as that ridge is on the opposing side (like pictured in the AtomicMods photo), there's nothing to worry about.

I can somewhat make out from your photo that there is a ridge next to the black wire bridging the two cells on the right cell, however I cannot see the same thing on the left cell. I would gather from that that the cells are indeed in series rather than parallel (which is what you want).

Of course not, you need to make sure the polarity is correct of the board harness.
