Default anyone try to make an evo car chassis off-road?

i just bought the bumble bee starter kit and i want to take it off-road but i dont have any info parts for the "transform"......... i picked up the last bit of xmod in this little town and drove over a hundred miles trying to find anything. please help me!!!!!!! this is my third xmod. my first 2 were trucks. 1 fried tranny and 1 didnt turn and now the car. i dont want it to be a rock crawler i just want it to go off-road. i dont care for speed. i just want power to climb over stuff and up-hill through mud, sand and rocks.

I dont think you should try it, if you want a car for that kind off stuff you might want to get a larger scale rc. I did and I love it sooo much more than xmods.

Your best bet for the cheapest price would be eBay or some other form of an online auction. You could also try to fix one of the two you already have by placing the properly working parts on one chassis and keeping the other one as scrap parts.

I've done it, I'll find the pictures when I get home. I used the off-road upgrade wheels/tires. I needed to "make" a bit more room on the chassis to get it to work, though.

Hey Vette, I tried that but the wheels rub on the battery tray how did you stop it?

And guy above me, edit your posts instead of double posting therefore less work for mods!

You can move the battery tray to the middle position on the chassis. The wheels will still rub a bit, but you can clean it up with a rotary tool or file.
