Default 2000 mustang xmod body question

was the 2000ish mustang (the red one) offered only as a body or was it sold as a complete xmod? i am trying to find one, and i was wondering, did rs sell it as a body top? or a full xmod?

I never saw a starter kit with a blue F150 or a blk rsx either, nor the silver supra.
