What problems did you run into with the mount, and how did you overcome them.

Those are the tires that came with the model and the rims are xmod rims that fit perfect in them and are VERY similar to the rims that came with the model. For now I plan on using these, but we'll see when I get to that stage of the build.

i am yet to mount it, the hardest part is putting the bed on the body, the 94 lightning model has snaps the 99 doesnt, and the bed needed to be cut, nd other stuff

I think I was going to make it a lowrider. I was going to make it just like this, but not sure if I will paint it red or somthing different. Any suggestions,

Cool, I like it a lot. But I think you should do white, and maybe a plastic like black color for the bumpers, like how the Nissan Silva s14 has the black plastic bumpers/side skirts. I think it would look really unique. Also you should try to put something like a plastic in the windows, a cool color like blue or purple would suit it nicely with white.

Actually those wheels and tires are the ones that came with the body in the revell model kit. hey do seem small though.

To the other member who posted about plastic in the windows and stuff.... It will have that. This is just a mockup and nowhere near being complete.

The reason they look so small is that it's not wide enough plus, it's tucked into the body which makes you think it looks smaller than they are supposed to be.

But I've read that your maybe going for a lowrider so i'd suggest the slammed rim kit otherwise just try to widen it and give it a good ride height and it'll look sweet!

The paint is flawless btw

well I plan on widening up. I haven't gotten that far yet. The slammed rims are to big. But your right it will look better when I get further along.

nice , im doing the same one except mine is a dragster its coming out pretty good so-far. I would also go witht the slammed wheels and tires, in my opinion they will look better.
