The body looks good and so does everything else. Does the suspension travel farther and smoother? Any ways keep up the awsome job.

Yeah, it sure does look alittle more hobby grade than before. The springs are different but I keep changing them every so often - I'm still looking for the right set at the moment.

Yep, the suspension travel is more better by far and as far as smooth i haven't tested it yet but i'll find out soon.

@ Noturday and Supershelby - That $10K stack is just my paper wieght that I use at my office -lol - it's movie money that I bought out on Hollywood blvd. awhile back.

Oh yeah - Supershelby - I think it's the other way around - YOU OWE ME MONEY!! Now, GIMME MY MONEY!!!

j/k dude!

Here's an update on the chassis again: I've extended it already but I still need to add reinforcements underneath plus I need to make a long custom metal drive shaft for it too. After that i'll added the servo motor mod and then i'll start to paint.

Btw, i'll be using a different set of rims and tires - custom offroad rims fitted with swampers.

Wow. Looking good! Are you planning on doing anything about the rear suspension or the articulation? What about the motor or other electronics? Get it finished so I can drool over it already!

Default Updates: 2/11/08

Thanks for all the comments guys! The tires are Ashosima super swampers and the rims are from another truck model.

Well, I finally finshed all the work on the chassis and I also made a few more adjustments to it. The servo motor has been switched out with another one and it's fitted with a bigger spur gear for more speed/torque, all the orange pieces will be painted black later btw.

Here's a few pics of the chassis so far:

Here's a little vid of how it runs:

Thanks for watching guys! More updates to come soon.

Thanks dude, the suspension should work even better once I get the body mounted on the chassis. Hopefully I can start the paint works tonight and i'll see how far I could get with that. For now I need to make a new floor for the bed since I had to cut it out to accomodate the servo plus it will also allow it to swivel easier witout rubbing on it.

I'll try to add a few more updates tonight if possible.

absolutely,positively and undoubtedly.........ULTRA SICK MAN!!!
that xhassis has got to be the most outrageously modified(working) chassis i have ever seen.(besides my modster of course wich didnt really work since it didnt turn very well.... )

the body looks great and i cant even begin to imagine all of the other goodies your going to throw at it.

i'll be keeping a close eye on this one...

Thanks bro! Hopefully I don;t need to make any more adjustments to it ( if you look at the first pic to now - you can see what i mean -lol). Anyways, I'll try to fit in the interior ands made a few other little things here and there but all of those will be done after I get the old school paint job on.

Thanks Amigo! I'm glad the steering worked out pretty well - i would have been pretty upset if it didn't turn out the way it did -lol ( it sure took alot of work though).

Thanks dude! I'm not building it too much as a show stopper - it more for performance and durability - just ask B1G about the durability and quality of my work - he'll tell ya.

Thanks again for watching guys.
