Micro-t
i dont know where to put this but ok...sorry if it is in the wrong spot...
Anywayz i just got a micro-t as i sold one of my nitro cars (i told you my family loves these things ...my cousin, uncle, friends,...)+my mom doesnt care because its my money and because this is what im interested in, she knows its not games...ITS A HOBBY. anyway yeah i got one and some upgrades. and WOW these things are great super fast great torque and a good size offroader so you can take it anywhere. but it sure is different than an xmods or a nitro car after driving my nitro truck(which has like 2'' of suspension travel was weird). i really recomend these to anyone. my friends were all very impressed...i plan on getting another one soon and then im going to rip um apart and see what i can do... |

It's all been done over there. Full alloy and all. Stay awar from Hot Racing parts, they're sloppy. Nice. I got one tooo... Make sure you don't leave the battery plugged in. It's like lithiums for xmods, it will still drain even if it's off. And batteries are $12*, so it's not cheap... *Losi is releasing a Li-Poly Battery and Charge at the end of this month for $60. It's not like it matters, it's a 3.3, so it never runs anyways.

The motor makes loads of power, but it's a bit touchy and runs hot. It's my first nitro, so I'm not the best at tuning... If you want a Revo or a T-maxx, get the Revo. Much better. If you want a tmaxx, just get a Savage X... By all means, the Revo is a great truck, and when properly tuned, the motor makes enough power. It's hot in Florida, so I get frustrated (and sweaty) fast, so I give up easily. I have also heard about people with problems with the savage, but not as much. Then again, EVERY SINGLE nitro is diffrent. All have motor bugs, and the early 3.3's had problems, but they fixed that. I might have had a early revo (got it in August 06)... It's great, you just gotta go to your LHS and talk to them, they can be the most help... I'm anal about chassis layout (hate the EvoT...), so I don't like that part of the Revo, and preffer the Savage, but the suspension is amazing. I hit a curb with it on second gear at the end of break in. It went over it like it wasn't even there. Silky smooth action. EDIT: Whatever you do, don't ask CRUNKRIDA for advice. He's anti-traxxas FTW.

actually i have had a lot of experience with nitros, about 5 years ago i had a .15 nitro stampede (stampede wasn't so bad but the .15 motor is the biggest piece of **** i have ever had) then a few years later when the 2.5 came out in the nitro rustler i bought it and i was very impressed with 2.5 engine but it was to much power for a rustler chassis and it experienced many breaks in the suspension. I would have purchased aluminum knuckles but then i would have to buy aluminum arms and then aluminum chassis etc. and by then i would have way to much money into a nitro rustler. finally i decided to go electric with a E-Maxx and kept it for a few years and sold it about a year ago (E-Maxx A++++) but now my boss at work has a Savage X and Hellfire with a mini moto track on his farm, so im considering a 3.3 Revo to run with his Hellfire
