Default Smoke?!
ok i put fully charged batteries in my mod a it started to go like normal but then it stopped and started smoken like crazy but now it doesnt smoke but i have no range.I know i fried sumthin but i dont no wut

You fried your inductors in your receiver. You touched your antenna to something negative ie. the battery packs. That sucks.

o **** dude i touch it to my batteries and battery charger to the antenna would that do sumthin??

if you got a solder gun you should just get the "range repair kit" from AM, its like 5 bucks. install that and you will be fine or you could just buy a new ep.

look or post in the b/s/t forum for a new evo ep, i see them all the time. you fried your inductors, which can be repaired with the range repair kit, or a cheap used evo ep, which saves so much time and money, trust me, i did the same thing, twice, lol. oops!
