Default XMOD TRUCK VERY ROUGH i need help

i got the truck today as well as the bearings, lift, and 4x4, and rechargable batteries fully charged over night and i installed them all and the truck is slow and seems like theres a lot of drag from the 4x4, i have all the bearings installed, i need help and after 2.5 minits of driving the motor is really hot...

Check for binding and make sure you dont have the gear cover on too tight and make sure the gears are in the right way ect.

ya it workes smooth b4 the 4x4 and i have the longest shaft installed...

well im not a truck man but i think you just installed it wrong just try again and check everything that you did

is it a f-150 or a hummer a hummer needs the middle one and a f-150 uses the longest one

its the f`150 and im usding the long 1 and i still cant fix it everything is in the right place the front giff isnt smooth...

u prolly have alot of binding so re-check everything
