My g35 project
Hey guys im new to this website so im not sure how great my pics will show up but anyways here is one of my xmods that I'm currently working on.My G35 that I just started workin on last night.Well, here it is so far, I'll keep you guys updated on my progress over the next few days and if you have any suggestions as to what to do or if something doesn't look right let me know, thanks.
Heres a pic just after I got it right beside my H2 which currently is screwed up- [IMG]  [/IMG]And heres what its lookin like now- [IMG]  [/IMG]I had to fill the original holes for the spoiler with bondo first and then drill new ones to fit the nissan 350z spoilers- [IMG]  [/IMG]heres the spoiler on it for now, its still not mouted or anything yet so it may look a bit weird,.. when i do put it on im only using hot glue because then later on I will be able to change the nissan spoilers with no problems- [IMG]  [/IMG]I drilled holes in the side skirts for the exhausts to just give it another unique look- [IMG]  [/IMG]Hopefully I'll have more pics for tonight, not sure if I should add a roof scoop or not, I'm doing some body work on the rear bumper right now so yeah..um I cant decide which would look better silver or blue so it would be a great help if you could tell me what you think. Thats my ride so far hope you like it!

That's looking good dude and welcome to this site just like what blacksky said If I can I will say paint it black with grey flames or something in that paint shceme something that will give you that dark on drak light on light shceme! (it would be unique kind of :S)

good ideas but that z spoiler is a bit ricey for me but hey whatever floats your boat an welcome

I think it would look better if you took that black spoiler then the one with then orange sides but whatever not my car its yours and the style of the car is looking good!Do a custom wide kit!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hey guys its me i've got some more pics just as I promised, I've been workin on this for a few hours now but I think its really starting to turn out well. In the pics that I have tonight I will show the front bumper and some of the painting that I've done so far. In the pics you cant really tell the colours correctly but anyways they are a light silver and a blue which shows up with a matallic look to it. Anyways here they are
The front bumper- I cut moldings which were originally on it out and I am just trying to finish it off with bondo and a lot of sanding- [IMG]  [/IMG] On the rear bumper I have shaved the licence plate area and are moving the licence plate to the upper right- [IMG]  [/IMG]And finaly here is the painting that I have started, as I say the colours just arent the same in the pic but it still give you a good idea, im really pleased with the paint so far  -[IMG]  [/IMG][IMG]  [/IMG][IMG]  [/IMG][IMG]  [/IMG]And yeah thats it so far, hope you like it

Good progress, keep the pictures coming and let us know what plans you have for the car .. as far as rims, color.. ect.

very nice now are you going to keep the bumpers red?? i like them red but i like alot of weird things one of my cars is going to be matalic blue with yellow wheel wells and yellow roof scoup just to give u an idea on the weird paint that i like lol ( 67 camaro)

Yeah, no I'm not going to keep the bumpers red its just that I've been to busy molding the front one that I havent had the chance to give it some paint. However I should be done the painting on the body today but probably within the next day or two I should have the bumpers finished and painted ready for the body. And for the rims I'm not sure but currently I have a set of those black rims that you can buy in the source ( really old ones) but I might change them once the body work is done. I gotta go now but I'll update you guys with more pics later and more info on the upgrades that I already have for it.

Hey guys sorry its been a while since I last posted, yeah i dont have the pics tonight but I should have them on tomorrow when I get my camera back. Its turned out pretty good,...I think anyways ... yeah and the colours are the light silver and darkish blue not matallic blue as I originally said. The upgrades that I have in it are the suspension and steering, I lowered the front (race sus*), engine upgrade, the bodykit, I have silver gpm rear dogbones comming in the mail soon because I acidentally broke one of mine, and AWD. I'm not sure about the rims yet and yeah, thats it.
Anyways I gotta go, c ya!

Hey, I've got some pics, they aren't the greatest quality but there the best that I can do for tonight. Heres the front- the silver on the bumber needs done again because it got scratched and the hood needs painted still, but here it is-

Thanks, I'm lovin the paint job too, its only my second car painting so I think its pretty sick for my experience. And the bumpers its my second time doin stuff like that with the bondo and stuff too so I think it turned out pretty good so far. Just a few touch ups and I'll be done!!!
