Stacking FET's?
I'm going to install some Li-Po's on my lancer, I was wondering.... would it be ok if I stacked my stock FET's with another pair of stock FET's? Would I be able to put a higher performance motor in without blowing them? Or is it kinda point less? Oh, and what's the best motor for Li-Po batteries?
Are these good batteries? http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...15&mfe=sidebar |

You won't want a faster motor unless you plan to buy metal parts, as the faster aftermarket motors will break away all your plastic parts.
A 2x2 of stock fets won't do you any good. And that pack is not of superb quality, I make packs for more money, but higher quality(I've had like 4 ebay LiPo packs, 2 Li-ion packs, and they are not good at all). |

It's basically pointless. If you want to stack FETs, order some FETs off of AtomicMods. Their EVO FET Upgrade kit includes one 7324 FET and one 9910 FET. So, if you want a 2x2 stack, just order two of their EVO FET Upgrades and stack em'.
eBay LiPo batteries will vary with opinion. Some people say they're horrible cells due to a poor discharge, bad capacity and poor soldering. However, it's certainly better than Alkaline or NiMH while they last. If you want a good Lithium Polymer pack, you could order a pack off of AtomicMods or from a member here with the handle "BLT456." AtomicMods offers the following LiPo packs: EVO HD Poly Pro. 2S2P 10C EVO HD Poly Pro. 2S 10C BLT offers many different types of packs. I'm sure he'll chime in sometime. [edit] I guess BLT already beat me to the chiming part.

I could do 3s3p if he wants....
But I do charge a lot less than Rob, but keep in mind he's got to support himself, staff, materials, and building space, etc...I do this to help members get what they want for cheaper. The runtimes are like 40+ minutes with the ebay pack, on a s2 and 12-23 gears(been there) as a drifting camaro, but that's like after they drop below 3v, lol. Probably 40 mins on a s1, 35 tops on s2. But those packs don't have the discharge like mine and Rbo's packs. My pack might have less miliamps, but the performance gain is much greater, and you loose out on maybe 10 minutes tops of driving.
