well, i was stupid and i didn't buy a firebird when they were 90% off at a closing radioshack cuz at first i thought the were dumb. but then i bought a mustang bodykit and planned to buy a mustang
but lo and behold i saw the EVO8 and was like, "screw the stang, i want the evo". got the BK and AWD and drift tires also. drifting was the thing that got me into this, and grip hooked me now. so now i'm racing at my LHS

I got in to them while I was in Japan, I bought the RSX from a hobby shop on base. in Jan 2002. I was ingrosed by the aspect of a 4wd on this small of a car and instantly thought "RALLY!!!!!!!" But I was disapointed when I cam back to the US and they were not for sale. Then I seen "X-Mods" at radioshack and seen the 4wd advertised wen and seen that they were the same thing and bought all 5 that were out. 5/6 years later....... Now I have 8 gen1s new in the box, 3 gen1s racers, 4 evo trucks, 4 evo cars and about 15 pounds of parts.

Yeah I started with one chassis and two bodies both the stangs that were out then. bought all the upgrades but Cabon fiber decks and stuff for around 250. my bros ex wife broke the ones BK so I got two more 04 stangs. now I have four of those and three 65s along with around 50 some more of these cars and a dozen RSs worth of parts now. all in all roughly 10000 bucks in them all. 1000 in just bearings alone.

a bunch of kids at summer camp brought them and fast ones 2, so my first one was the g35, which my brother recieved as a bday gift from me and messed it all up, along with his firebird for his first, and i got a hummer, then i just couldnt stop buying them until i go my nitro rc. i sold all but 3 of my xmods on ebay, my evo blue civic, newest one, gen1 lambo project, and me 65 pony, my favorite one i got exactly 1 year ago today on my birthday, 15th. now im 16 today!

for me, i was (and am) deeply into R/Cs like the nitro powered 1/8th scale, and electric 1/18th, and i was looking for lights for my Grave Digger body on ebay, and i kept seeing "XMODS COMMAND LOGIC LIGHT KIT" and "MINI-Z LIGHT KIT", so i typed into the search bar "XMODS", and BOOM. the world of Xmods opened up about 1/4th of the way. i put a Titan in my watch list because Christmas was coming. and the planets aligned, and my Aunt got me an Xmods Titan. And the first thing i searched for on my new laptop that i got the next day was Xmods. from then my world of Xmods jut kept expanding.
