What material do you use to make the roof scoops and stuff. I know you use bondo but dont you use something else to make them more square?

Well the bondo i use takes 5 mins to set and 30 to dry, so i just put it on in layers, adding each every 5 mins. Also sometimes i make a shape by pouring it into a sorta mold made frome bending construction paper into the general shape then i sand it to the desired shape

go to your local hoby shop and ask for evergreen styrene, they should have a wide salection, this stuff is great for making anything custom you can do wings body kits scoops vents the list goes on and on you can even make windsheads. (it also comes in clear.)
