Sealer for Metalizer?

can some one tell me what that is? Sealer for Metalizer? I bought it with some metallic paints because i thought i might need it. I just dont know what it is

it doesnt say on the package or whatever it comes in???
if not id try googling it...
maybe even wikipedia...
