I'm posting this here because this seems to be the most viewed thread on this forum. Effective immediately, Bondo will be taking over the reins as Administrator. There are likely to be many changes in the near future...the biggest being his no bs policy for spammers, flamers, and so on. I will leave this open for now but do note that this will not become a yea/nay discussion. Things WILL change, powers WILL shift and in the end the primary goal is to come out with a much better and focused environment for all of your xmod related discussions. Please deal with complaints or praise about this decision through pm's. Any other worthwhile discussion is more than welcome.

I have to say, things will surely be tighter around here, but in a good way. Spam does nothing for the real xmodder trying to learn. Cussing and swearing turns some away....Bondo will be a great Admin!

I guess that depends on how you define the end. The end of chaos, disorder, random posting and spam: yes. Every end has a new beginning. Perhaps from the ashes of deleted posts, closed threads and banned members something new can rise. More powerful and important than before, what you very well might say in the following months is evolution in action. Survival of the fittest will be quite evident soon.

I do have one question for Bondo. I am sure you have a game plan to turn things around, an action point system(if you will). Will this be a clean slate for members? I mean is it from this day forward an unbiased system in which you disregard(as much as humanly possibly) previous infringments that would otherwise accumulate to a ban?

EDIT: Bondo, can you make this place less of a noobfest? So it could be Xmodsource again not Noobsource. I plan to stay here now that Bondo is admin. I have a feeling this place will be much better now.

Hopefully we will all see a difference.
To all of you that keep slamming the "Noob's" just remember that you were not born knowing all you know about xmods, you at one time were the "Noob", so give them a little leeway and not slam them as soon as they post something.
Without "Noobs" this hobby will stagnate and DIE.
just a thought on my part, but multiple posts are not always a bad thing.
Sometimes you don't always convey everything you are trying to say at the time and sometimes a second post helps that (editing does not bring your post back to the top), Bumps once in a while should be acceptable, and a short 2 or 3 word reply does not always qualify as SPAM.
I am a member of Hotwheelscollectors.com and have been for over 7 years and there are posts on there that have been posted to for that length of time so just because someone does a search (which everybody suggests EVERYTIME someone asks a question) and finds an older post and posts to it, DON"T hammer on them for doing what you suggested they do(see above^^)
Searching is a great thing (as long as you type in the EXACT wording of the post you are looking for) but one wrong word or spelling and you will not find anything to match your search, ergo (yeah big word, I know) you have to post a new thread to find the answer you are looking for.
OK enough for now.

Note to the Mods: You would be well served to go check out the website that I mentioned earlier (http://www.hotwheelscollectors.com) and take a look at their rules for their forums. This is a Corporate website that they make available to the general public and it is run extremely well by the Mods who are picked by the Powers that be from Mattel (Who also LURK and POST in the forums).
