you could always get the templates from a chassis and get them made in CF.

You can jsut buy CF Sheets, rods, tubes, etc... from
dragonplate.com

ask color0 He's a CADnut He can make precise Carbon Fiber Chassis... It would be expensive though... he wont be able to mill something up for another 3 weeks or so... the Finals

You will most likely just have to build your own.

I would say a thickness of 0.015" would be good.
