![]() just take a sharp cutter and cut SLOWLY, and if u still want to do the one in which u have to heat it up and cut then dont heat it up so much and cut form the INSIDE and it should come out perfect i did it to my lancer

![]() get a lockblade, dark...and use either a sharp exato knife...or a dremel those to worked the best for me...use an exacto knife not a swiss army knife becasue the swiis gets to fat and you will end up having a gap...thats too big

![]() it all depends on the amount of work... the longest and most gaurnteed cut would be with an exacto knife... cut slowly and dont put too much pressure on the blade because you are liable to crack the body... a dremel works if you dont mind large gaps between your body parts... and with a dremel you cant cut rounded areas such as doors and windows... heated blades will melt the body if too hot, and it makes the body more frail... the cutter is the most preferable because you can get closer and cleaner cuts...

![]() I'd not suggest to use dremel and cutoff discs. Its speed melt the plastic and leaves you a gap between the 2 cut parts.
Use an xacto or something similar(fixed blade cutter) and spend some time with big patience. It's a boring work so don't be on hurry, and if you feel tired, have a rest or continue the next day.

![]() actually, there is. i hace ancouperated a couple of things i nto it, keet in mind i raised this lancer cus it had slammed rims on it, i got a plexiglass see throush hood from ma freind at radioshack for $5, he cus off his trunk and doors and it looks awesoime with his 2-tone metallic red and magenta paint, i had wanted him to cut ma doors but his x broke all his tools with a sledge hammer XD. i also have a modified lancer motor i got from the tokyo drift model kit(im not really into mitsubishi so i dont kniow what kind it is), and a "dragon" wing.

![]() Actually the best thing to use for cutting doors and the like is a Jewelers Saw, very fine tooth thin blade works great for doing fine detail work like that, I have used one for many years on my custom HotWheels for cutting doors and bodies apart.
Jewelers saw when using it all you need to do is have a hole big enough for the blade to fit thru and then you cut all the way around the door or window or what ever you are cutting.
