ok so here is the problem... i was driving my mustang when i noticed a small clicking noise.... i took the body off of my xmod and there is a very very small space between the spacer and the motor cradel.... then i took apart the motor cradel and the space and saw that the back diff on the left side looked like it was being striped on the inside... i need help how do i stop further striping? do i need a new diff and T-bone?

you might need a new motor cradle. my cousins car does that, it is because it's cracked where the screws go in, so the screws don't screw in, they just sit there, causing there to be a gap. luckily motor cradles are $4 off xi

94's advice on the motor cradle. and as for the stripping problem. (after you fix the cradle) i would get some thick lubricant. (i have a silicon based stuff that works.) but something thick because that will create i cushion for the gears meshing and in my experience works.

this should make it so you dont need to buy new gears and what not.

It's just an extra tall pinion gear. Unless you have tons of power to over come the extra tall gearing, it's harmful to performance.

Try putting your bike in the highest gear number up front, and lowest in back, and start trying to pedal hard.

Your going to buy a locked diff? Pay for something that takes seconds at home to do for free?

My xmod rear end also have a gap in between the motor craddle and it runs great.
So it might be either the spur gear, or the diff itself.

It could also be the motor spacer or the pinion that dosen't mesh correctly.

well... the pinion will be fixed if it is that because i got high torque gearing... spur gear? motor spacer? the motor spacer goes under the motor right?

and how do i relocate the battery pack and secure it so it doesn't wiggle?
P.S. the battery relocate is for my titan
