Default Paint Question

I have yet another paint questions. Sometimes when i paint a car the paint holes straight when it goes on, even after sanding and primering. I was just wondering if it is bad paint or not... A personal tip for everyone is DO NOT USE KRYLON PAINTS. I use them for some paint jobs and they never turn out good. Rustoleum is much better. Krylon as never worked for me.

If you are doing basic colors try the krylon fusion paints. you dont really even have to prep the body, no sanding or priming. Its really great stuff. walmart sells it to.
