Default BtMI! tribute project.

Okay, so this one requires a bit of explanation. (If you don't already know, BtMI! is the abbreviation of a band named "Bomb the Music Industry!") The body itself got a little screwed up by a flaky paintjob and after wet sanding it 3 times, I decided to approach the project in a different direction. Its going to look like it was abused, and then repaired by an amateur. That's where BtMI! comes in. BtMI! is one of the few bands that doesn't really care about profits. They are just a group of friends who like writing and recording music. Their albums are available for free on their website, and they also provide stencils for fans to make their own merchandise. So, what would happen if a fan decided to use one of the stencil designs on their vehicle?

Here's a quick little description of the band from their wiki page:

"Bomb the Music Industry! is a musical collective originally from Baldwin, Nassau County, New York. They write, produce, record, and distribute all of their music under the leadership of songwriter and producer Jeff Rosenstock.

They are known for their DIY punk ethic, embodied in such actions such as distributing six albums worth of their own material for free on their website, and offering free stencils and paint for fans to create their own T-shirts. They also offer their fans a chance to perform on stage if they learn a song and bring their instrument to the show. Beginning in April 2009, the band only plays all-ages shows with ticket prices of $10 or less."

So anyway, the part everyone is going to skip to, the pictures.

A bit of outlining:

As it sits now. (Yes, that is a cone filter)

Yeah, they need to be cleaned up a little, they aren't done yet.

Once I get my lazy butt over to the hobby store, the lettering will be outlined in red, and there are a few small details that need to be finished.

Comments, opinions, suggestions, all welcome. Please no flaming about how sloppy it may look, because that is the whole point to the project.
