Custom F-150 Bed Cover

well i found a picture a few weeks ago and my friend wants to see if i can paint or airbrush it or another one on his bass guitar, so what better way to show what i can do that on a xmod, so heres the first pic



base, first color (a white and wood mix), second color (black), third color (sky blue), next color will be a wood flat brown mix, followed by a little bit of red

guess the cartoon model. if you have the pic this is modeled after post it up

ive neen working on it for like 30 min, its not perfect yet

Looks like betty rubble from the flintstones but could find the model picture. But for just 30 minutes of work that is looking really great.

i made the spencils for the large parts earlier today, just got around to painting it, so yeah thanks it will look so much better once finished

yes the eyes are messed up, i know still working on it

theres nothing wrong with this project, something for XMS might happen later

took a total of 4 hours painting time 2 days of prep and other stuff

Good quality, personally, I would have chosen the older version of Pebbles.

nice painting, it came out pretty good, but i dont remember betty's boobs being that big =P

i don't remember betty having any.
it's not like, really nasty, but it's too suggestive in my opinion. it is painted very cleanly, no real messups or big mistakes anywhere.

thanks, it is very hard to find one, i tryed, the only ones i could find are well inappropriate

thanks, i have no clue the size (nor do i want to) its just the way the original artist did it, maybe they got bigger when it was painted, but i dont know

she did, well that your opinion, i can respect that, everyone has there own, you think thats bad, i might get banned for the one im putting on the tailgate but thanks for the compliments

I like it pretty cool. Let it dry for a couple days then spray it with a can of TESTOR's clear coat.

thanks, im not a fan of the testors, i might bring it no my bro once its completely finished and have it sprayed with some automotive stuff

thanks, in have no clue, the one i wanted to do will look bad small

just give it a try, find a nice easy picture, print it, trace it a few times on some hard paper, cut it out, lay it down and take your time with the color

that's pretty good. i think i know what the tailgate will be, but my prediction is inappropriate.
