well where to start..... All wheel drive you will definatly need if u upgrade to lithiums unless u like to spin out alot. Bearings you will definatly need to help out ur little xmod go. you can also buy wide track bearings from somewhere like atomicmods.com. Stage 2 motors are a must if u do not have enough money to buy a higher engine off of the internet. lights just plain make ur car look sweet!! but it also drains power, but if only going for looks i would recomend the light kit. tire kit(rubber part) should be on your list if it is not. these tires can either give you more grip or less (used for drifting.)Rim kits are used for looks. suspention should be bought as it is helpful for taking turns more tighly and in more control. a body kit is also used for looks which should be something to buy. if ive missed anything plz tell me or add it on the forum. hope this information helps or is useful!!!!!!!

XMOD best Gear.
A CF chassis
Shielded bearings from www.Tinyrc.com Wide bearings from www.performancexmods.com RS IC3 batteries Lithium batteries from www.batteryspace.com Upgrade springs from RS, then the GPM parts GPM parts in general are great. GPM front arms are the first thing you want to get. 16 or 22 AWG wire to replace the motor and batter board wires. 4WD kit stage 2 motor with NEO magnets. The XMOD is a really cool (semi) authentic scaled down race car. It responds to real world mechanical issues...(for a car).

J's recommendations ring true, except if you can't solder, which would change his lith recommendation to Rayovac IC3 AAAs and IC3 charger. They charge in 15 minutes.
