Those were the days. I especially liked firing the MK 19. I never had a nice looking tents. I've always had those tents that somehow always let water in.

Thanks for getting those up Brett. That's right guys, the MA010 knuckle/Pro chassis conversion set is going to be Laser cut tommorrow and will be available very soon. Being Laser cut the parts will be silky smooth. They will be cut from Black ABS plastic, which is durable, high impact strength, some flex and is a perfect material for the parts. On top of that it isn't very expensive so the Low cost will allow Trix to sell the kits at the affordable price that I want to. I haven't set a price for the single chassis kit yet but it should be less then or around $20.00-$30.00 for the whole kit. There will be a FULL Pro kit, which will include the set shown above as well as the MA010 Knuckles and Swing shafts, iwaver PCB, 4s AAA custom battery pack, and all misc. needed materials for a full conversion, this kit will be a lot more but will cost a lot less then if you tried to get what this kit provides thru other upgrades. TriX promise is to keep the Price as low as possible without going broke... LOL. Hope you enjoy, and BOSCO.... I know you have been waiting for this.

Anyone think of using a micro-transformer/ capacitor combo for a boost of speed, I know the consequences of this and how it could destroy motors, but has it been done?(I think it is overcomplicated)

Those Turbo Motor Cap thingys? They have been made before, and haven't really seen noticeable increase in performance.

Have they used it along with a transformer? Ive seen capacitors on motors that are only used to limit radio interference, but a step-up transformer for a quick jolt of energy is what Im looking for. The search tool is not finding results.

There is a 9V EP bypass "NOS" system which involves a 5V relay, but I don't think what you are looking for has ever been made.

This is for a stock chassis.... Just install like a stilletto, but it has MA010 Knuckle capability. If you just want the front and rear towers to adapt to MA010 Knuckles you can still use those without the rest of the chassis. As soon as I get the parts back I assemble it in those different configurations and take some photos.

The whole thing goes on a stock xmod. The center part on the CAD image is basically a modified stilletto chassis.

Finally, a conversion to get rid of those pointless swing arms, the standard suspension geometry is so messed up on the xmods, the gen 1 had camber problems and the EVO had a kingpin/swing arm setup that made no sense with barely any travel the only one I really liked was the pivot they put in the Xtruck for articulation. Cant wait =P

If you go back a few pages I posted a video showing the suspension travel using the mock-up parts i made. I is a great improvement. If you haven't seen the video you should check it out. I should have the finished parts by 04-05 March.... So Ill get some photos up then. I will have a price by Monday for the kits.

Well, I got a quote for quantities. I can't sell them as low as I wanted but They are still within my target price range to be affordable. I am starting the kit as shown above in the CAD at $29.00 ... I will have actual photos like I said on or around the 4th of March. ... I will take pre-orders if anyone is interested because I will only be starting with 10 sets. PM me if interested in a preorder.
