Default Help Needed

Hey guys,
I was wondering if someone could help me out for my Technical Writing course. We're supposed to use some form of technical manuals (repair manuals, medical devices, sewing instructions, etc.) and compare different ones either by brands, or over periods of time.

I want to use Model Kit manuals, and I'm looking for a manual from a really old model kit. I figure you guys on here have a lot of interesting things, so maybe you could shoot me some scans of your old model kit instructions. I have a few newer kits here with me, but nothing old.

If you guys have something like that for RC's as well, then I don't mind. Anything technical that can be compared to age or brands. I need this immediately though, like by the end of the day if you guys can...

Thanks!

Sorta, but I need to verify that the manuals are old ones. The model kits seem to be kinda old but the instruction manuals seem new-ish

Completely different approach, but I have some locomotive schematics from the 60's through the 90's

That works, just anything to show the changes in technical communication over time, I'm sure the manuals are somewhat different over the ages right Bart?

They show changes if you can figure out what your looking at. If you have electrical and electronics experience you would do fine, if not it may not be the best idea. You could always also do gen1 vs evo.

but how would i incorporate Gen 1 and Gen 2 comparison as technical communication? Neither manual came with exploded diagrams did they? and even so would radioshack have changed the manuals that much? I just remember them being basic formats.

That does give me an idea though, what about Evo Manual vs. Kyosho MR/MA manual?

How about the original gold chassis Tamiya RC10 vs the current RC10, very different.
