Sounds like your rear sphincter isn't working properly. Might want to get a second opinion though.

Its most likely your driveshaft, sounds like its too short. Did you get the other awd parts in the package?

i would definately take a look at your dogbones, could possibly be an issue with the third unit in the rear end, or your diff. if something was wong with any of these 3 things you would only have fwd. pics would be helpful

and think about this with the drive shaft comments, if it was too short would the front wheels work?

Well the way i look at it, i had a gen 1 with the front driveshaft holder removed and if you try to drive it will go but then the driveshaft would pop out of the gear. So i think it would be the same senario, if the driveshaft was too short it could jump out of the rear gear and grab to the front. Then again it could be the dogbones, Just an idea.

Just give the hole thing to me, as say a "Free Present" or "Gift", lol, just kidding.

I've always had this problem with the hummer chassis, its usaully the the diff., but it can be the drive shaft (that large metal rod for 4wd upgrade, it takes the smallest driveshaft). Infact, I'm still working on my own Hummer, because its having problems with the gears fitting right. If I wasnt so bad with body work, I would extend the Hummer body tofit a F-150 chassis. The F-150 chassis's rarely have major problems(just my openion).

I see that you need an F-150 Lightbar. What I did for my F-150 is drilled 2 holes and inserted 2 Orange LEDs. Then I made a lightbar with pieces from a model kit I had. You can just leave the 2 LEDs it actually looks cool and professional with 4 or 5 LEDs.
