if you include my old hotwheels, i probably have about 5,000, which beats the current world record. i just need to count them to be sure.

If you count HotWheels and other Small Scale ones too, I probably have 3,000. Then 1:18 scale, I have like 15. I am getting a 1:12 scale Ford GT soon, one of the hobby shops that I go to has some 1:12 scale diecast cars.

i saw a 1:5 jeep wrangler for $300 before.

and also, you're kinda close to the world record, but i still think i technically hold it.

EDIT: one time i saw a 1:2 gto on ebay. the guy made it from scratch, and he used very unusual materials. he had a pipe cleaner steering wheel and painted, and enlarged little tykes cozy cruiser wheels. it went for $80 i think.

I got this '72 C10 Cheyenne at the Houston Autoshow. Its a pretty sweet one, but the truck rides too high, and the rims were too big.

Notice the ground clearence

So, I got it home, and tore into another old diecast model (a beautiful 30s Chevy coupe, sadly got huge scratches when moving. It was based off the West Coast Choppers one. Amazing detail), and stole it's wheels, and some other parts for looks:

Used the 2nd set of axle holes to lower it too:

The engine and drivetrain parts from the other model:

I only have 6 in my room. Well 8 if you count some hotwheels. I have like 15? ish 1:24 and up. I only keep the nice ones in my room, that includes exotics, tuners, "ballin" cars and american muscle. I'll get pictures if anyone wants me too.
