Default Pics and diagram!

Hey guys... here's a pic of my STi (before I messed the paint up) with the fogs on! Also, there's a little wiring diagram if you're wanting to do this yourself. It's not a traditional diagram, but, you get the picture! Also, for those new to LED's, the negative is the short wire on the LED. Also... I apologize... You'll need resistors (just to be safe) in the negative wires. I chose to use 100oHm (I just had spares...). Better safe than sorry! If you have ANY questions, feel free to ask!

Here's the original drawing I did to make it easier once I started soldering and whatnot! (And it got cut off for some reason when I was scanning it)

Lookin good man!!!

Why use an SPDT switch? What is the difference between that way and just splicing the wires on the CLL's?

You did say that you put resistors in the neg side.... but you didnt add them to the diagram... no biggie, just pointing that out...

Im doing the fog conversion to my wrx... if i ever get the time to finish it...

The reason I used a switch was because I wanted them to run independently from the CLL's. Also, the SPDT is cool because, if you have the time you can wire up all the lights to the blank connector so they'll all come on without having to turn on the car itself. I guess it's more of a photo-op type mod. :P Also, on the resistors... as I was posting the thing, I realized I forgot to add them in which is why I mentioned it... heh heh AND THANKS!

I just bought mine at Big Lots (don't know if you have those where you live). Or, I think RadioShack has different kinds of connectors. You should be able to find them anywhere really...
