Default Burning rubber on the CST10!

After ironing out most of the kinks this past few weeks, it's time to burn off the barely legal tire:

Looks good, sounds good and it probably smelled good. Nice burnouts.

Brake stands are boring, rolling burn outs is what I was doing. 12" rotors have plenty of bite to stay still if I want

50+ foot burnout lines FTW

Makes me want to hop in the Camaro and drop the clutch a few times. I know it's not good but holy crap it's so fun to make the tires go from nothing to instant smoke in milliseconds.

Nice burnouts, wish there was more sideways action in the burnouts though.

It wouldn't do a posi burn out. Only time it has was one day after school when the carb choked out and ended it, and at the ricer meet a few weeks ago

Eventually I'll toss a detriot LSD in.

3 speed automatic, and it upshifts at wide open throttle around 4500-5000 rpm probably, don't have a tac but the tranny wasn't originally set to make a truck motor shift that high back then.

But you're supposed to be able to spin your engine at 10,000 rpm's and then hit VTAK before it's a worthy burnout, didn't you know?

I'm just tossing the tire that's on my spare wheel on my regularwheel (it's the same size) and tossing the extra tire that's in the garage onto my spare..

so my spare will be the newest tire I'll do that until I can get some taller tires in back to help with freeway driving.

WHAT WHAT! Looks great! The black wheels really give it that rugged, "I'm a sleeper/badass" look!
