I like this project alot. AE86=sexy. keep it up. but i dont under stand is the slit on the hood that you said a tow hook was going ?? why not put it on the bumper ??

where did you get those rims , and tires they look great for drifting, obviously cause thats what your going for.. ha, are they any good?

It's not an odd place. It's a common place. There and on the front bumper are where they put them.

, i think people are confusing this type of tow hook with the one they see on every day cars, i beleive this one is made mostly for getting the car/remains of a car, off the track as quick as possible, not like an everday driver sort of thing, on the hood is out in the open so the tow truck driver can hitch it up in a matter of seconds

it aslo probably easier becuse the frame of the car, in this case, is so close to the hood, same with the bumper

I still have much to do. Here are some pictures of how far I've made it.

I ran out of paint for the mirrors on the front, so I just put some carbon fiber decal over them. I'm happy with the result, but I'd rather have them be pink.
