do the metal bearings help acelleration at all?

they'll help a little by reducing the friction between all moving parts were the bearings are placed.

i agree...i got bearings as one of my first upgrades i noticed a differance in accelration and jus like a carbon fibre drivsfaht... a deacrease in sound...omg i took the AWD outa my supra and lost the bearins i had it in! so i only have 12 beaings! o well lloks like im ordering wide tracks!!!
