SO alittle update, should have the truck running most likely tomorrow. Need to buy a new coil and we should be et to get her started and running under her own power. ALSO, was researching and figured out that there was only 2,235 Dodge A100's with 90 inch wheel base, and the V8. there for this truck is officially a solid STEAL for $500.

Well, big update here!, ive got some pics and a video or two coming up, but yes it is officially running! not running its best but not running bad at all. Also most of the truck is flat olive green now, will be full soon enough.

theres the video of my dad timing it alittle bit. for now getting it to run right, ill have the video of first start up once photobucket wants to cooperate.
and now for some pics of the floor and the front now painted flat olive and engine.

EDIT: FIRST START UP VIDEO.

ALSO the truck now stops! we pulled the access panel to the master cylinder and found NO brake fluid in it. so we filled it up with DOT 3,and now have massive brake peddle resistance(manual brakes and steering.)

thanks man! yea this things really moving along nicely, theres actually not much wrong with it, we bought plugs and wires and this balancer and it fired right up, we timed it now we have to get a carb and distributer, and this thing will be running so nicely, as for the brakes all the was wrong....no brake fluid so not sure what happened there. but we will know soon. as for the primer yes it is self etching primer. its working out soo nice too, the finish is actually really good. Its going to look really good in the color too when done.

thanks man, this should be on the road in maybe another month of so if every thing works out great for us, and we get some seats. the self etching primer really works good even tho we arnt bringing the paint down to bare metal for right now.

self etching primers, basically something to put down on fresh bare metal, used to just protect it and give it a good base coat for future layers.

Thanks, yea idk when the final final product will be tho, i jsut want to get it all up and running and streetable so i can drive it around and such, the final product will have a nice coat of paint, under coat all dents gone and completely restored, but for now this works and probably next year ill bring it in to school get all the body work done and get the colors i want put on it on it.

Well i have alittle tad update here and some more pictures, got a little work in and theres about 1/3 left to paint besides the roof and itll be all one color and not pink anymore, We are still also searching for a cheap carb, but thats not working out too well. So anyway today i got the bed cleaned out and it looks in pretty decent shape, just one spot thats bad. So heres some pics right now as it is.

Dent type of thing in the bed, idk how it got there, about the worst dent in the bed.

heres the rust spot in the bed, right where the spare tire would sit.

Heres the bed all cleaned out, with the tailgate sitting in the back also.

and last heres all the parts that were stored in the bed. alota good stuff there.

Got some pictures of that show car by chance? I wouldn't mind seeing it.

Looking real good man! I don't think the little wheel chock is necessary sitting on a slight hill with a flat tire should keep her there.

Are you going with brand new seats in the future or are you going to re-upholster the old haggard ones?

Any plans on future mods to the engine by chance? Lots of parts for a 318 haha.

What colour of paint did you come up with? Mopar Colour or a custom colour?

Blade.
