Actually, you loose your rights in Boot Camps.
They can and will hit/whoop/beat you if you screw around.

And if you really don't want to go, you would give up your laptop.
You don't need a laptop.
Tell your mom you will only use your laptop for school work, then use it only when she's around so she knows you aren't ****ing around.

If you don't do that, then I no sympathy for you if you wind up going to it.

And yeah, we have a JROTC here, its not that bad dude.
Man up and do some push-ups.
It's actually a great program. It teaches valuable skills. Discipline, fitness, and other things. If you end joining the army, they actually pay for your college too.

Wow, I didn't know parents actually sent their kids to Military School for punishment. I thought it was just some kind of urban myth. Could be worst, I knew a guy who got busted selling drugs in 8th grade so his parents sent him to a disciplinary camp in Samoa where he was beat with canes and forced to find food off the land. He did know how to fire dance pretty good when he got back though.

going to military school can't be that bad...it's almost like going to boot camp except you don't get paid to go....and in boot camp you get shots as well...a lot of them don't hurt, they are for you so you can have up to date records....and if you finish military school and decide to join the military you will be one step ahead of all the others who decide to join and didn't go to a military school or take jrotc...and besides if you are worried about college afterwards, the military pays 100% tuition so you pretty much only have to buy the books and attend the class...get an education and get paid for it is awesome...but good luck to you in military school, it will do you some good in the long run...

I promise you, Kevin, you'll look back on these days and be thankful for what your parents have done for you. By sending you to Oakland Charter, they're sending you to a school that cares. A school that will teach you the beliefs and values a member of this American society needs now a days. Many public schools do not give a crap what you do with your life; they just want you there for the pupil count so they can get their money and their paychecks. Oakland Charter will do your life a favor. Maybe you won't realize it now, and by the looks of this thread you don't, but later on in life, you will appretiate it.

Heres My Letter to show im worthy of going.

One of my interests is reading, if there is a good nice book for me to read. I Can sit and read for the whole day if it is nice long series. If I don't read I normally watch some TV or play the computer. My goal is to grow up, get a good job, a good eduaction and get a degree in college. Im really looking foward to college because I can learn alot. I do alot of community service for my church and also for others. I do community service at animal shelter because i love dogs and cats. At Oakland Charter High School I plan to get me prepared for college. I don't do very well in public school so thats what I want to go to Oakland Charter High, where the teachers can help me. In public school they just want thier paycheck and nothing else.
