The Phoenix (Corvette C5)
Hi all!
After a long period out of the forum,due to get bachelor degree, I came back on my paint jobs and took this out: I'm not 100% satisfied from the lightning,but I like all the rest. Of cours from clos-up pictures,you can see the tiny-handbrush singns,but the most is done by dual action airbrush.

I forgot...I painted a phoenix because I built up the chassis taking the pieces out of a "junkyard" bag.
electronic is micro 27AM rx,esc xray 300 r,servo 5gr tower pro.

Hey that looks pretty good! Nice job on it. I do agree that the lightning could be better, but overall it looks good.

The Phoenix is very good, but your sloppy paintjob of the trims really kills the overall image. Touch them up and this thing will rawk. Also, try to spray it with a clear coat once you're done to preserve this beauty.

I already put a clearcoat,but it's gloss and very difficult to take good pictures,due to the flash light reflexing...
I don't know if it's from harry potter book,I just searched for "phoenix" on google images  The paint in the back is a pearl gold,brand faskolor. The sell as "ready for airbrush" and particularly dedicated to lexan bodies.  and the white it's pearl white Maybe I'll try to get sunlight pics
