Wow... A Nitro RS4 RTR... I saw that thing in RCCA mag back in '97, when I first started gaining interest in this!

And the standard RTR Tx wasn't even the Blazer yet!

Niicee!! you'll love it. great car!

but one question, why would you buy it to never drive it? lol

just dont break it in in the cold winter with out propper warming techniques or your going to over heat in the summer.

Though I'm not a big fan of HPI, if I won that thing for less than or equal to $100, I would probably drive it... If near $200, than its a shelf queen, NIB.

But that's just me, since that thing was from around the same era as when I started getting into hobby-grade.

In 98' I was 3! No Truck body! Aww, too bad. What kinda Porsche? Did he rip you off? You could report it to eBay. Also is it nitro or electric.

I say drive it. Not much fun if you have a RC car that only collects dust.

Not sure about that era of R/C cars... The Airtronics Blazer era (where most RTRs from many companies had Airtronics Blazers) had 27MHz AM receivers from Airtronics. I believe that yours should have come with an Airtronics receiver originally, since the radio on the box was the old-old-old Airtronics RTR radio.
