AWD Question
Hi,
Does the Xmod Evo AWD system benefit your car in any really useful way? Since installing it I have found that I get to much power going to the front of the car and thus lack of control and a big loss of speed! I really like the AWD kit when I have the drift tires on because it makes my Evo so much fun to drive across smooth surfaces such as the kitchen floor. But my plan was to make my evo as fast as possible in a straight line and if that means removing the AWD kit then so be it! I would be interested in other members opinions of the AWD kit? Thanks.

the deal with AWD is that power, instead of 2 wheels, is being distributed to 4 wheels. an easy way to understand it is like this.(water is power, and the cups are wheels.) say you had a gallon of water and 2 cups.. you put water in the cups until they are perfectily even. well when you have 4 cups, and do the same, there will be less water in the cups but you get the same amount of water. so if you get the AWD kit, make sure to get a stage 2 (another gallon) so that way you get more power to each wheel. please tell me you see where i am coming from with the whole water thing. if not, somebody explain

If you have enough power you must have AWD to get the power to the ground, othervise your car will just spinn.
