Default Kyosho- x-speed motor

I don't have a mini-z, and am unfamiliar with them, however I just installed the x-speed motor in my evo VIII and the trigger controls are reversed, up is forwards, back is reverse. Is there anyway I can fix this, or am i just going to have to get used to it??? Aswell, has anyone installed the GPM differentials, if so, how long did it take to work them in???

Your polarity is reversed! Reverse your wiring!

GPM diffs are as easy as putting in the 4WD kit. You can take it apart, swap the diffs and close it back up in about 3-4 minutes.

That won't help! its still going in the same direction! Besides, the connections on the motor would not make it possible...

just as long as you don't have a one-way capacitor on your motor tabs, you can reverse them without problems.
