from the pictures I have seen the best way to make it stand out is to paint it. Since each model only comes in 1 color paint is a big way to change the look.

As far as mods, what do you want to do with it? Track, drift, drag, ect?

well, if you want it to hit the track, then 20mph is way more suited to racing on a track than 30+.
30+ is not going to be able to stay on the track.
just do trial and error stuff with weight distribution and if you really neeed, cut some packaging plastic and get some clear tape to make aerodynamic mods to it. it helps with the balance of tracion

Good job on buying GPM knuckles. Car just looks stock, do something to it.

if you want it to stand out, give it a paint job.

you want it fast, upgrades to hobby grade electronics, lithium polys, upgraded motor, bearings, differentials, suspension, and really focus on COG and weight distrubution.

It'd be cheaper to just get a Z, no? Hobby grade electronics are 60-100 and IMO aren't worth the XM chassis.

a better rout probably would be get a mini z. better quality. more performance, and still room to upgrade. But not every one can afford to spend 150 bucks at once. but a litle here and a little there over time and it eventually builds up to a competitive car.

yeah. if i could buy a mini-z with monthly payments of 10 bucks for a 14 months, i'd have a mini-z but i can't spend 130 all at once.

and if you don't know, the extra month in my little blurb there is 10 dollars interest that i would have to pay if they sold mini-zs like that...

but yeah, want a track car, save for 2 years, get a mini-z
or just spend little by little trying your best to make the xmod you have better.

give it a metallic apex silver paint. your evo looks pretty clean. just take off those black stickers. its a big no no. you might want to paint it a solid glossy white.

or even! do a metallic glossy electric blue!

yep! i like the white evo. its hot! lol i think you should go with white. keep all the detail door linings and you know. dont sand the body to "smooth" where there are no details. blah! thats ugly.
