Question Are Xmods heading towards a dead end?

We all know that RS has dropped Xmods - so what happens now? I noticed that GPM has slowly been reducing their stock (more and more stuff appear out of stock) and MOST retailers clearly state that they are discontinuing the Xmod stuff.... pretty sad to hear but its the truth and I am wondering - what happens then? Seems like now days you see less and less parts on Ebay and more people selling all their Xmods!

Are the Xmods basically heading to a dead end? What will happen to this site in years to come? Is everyone gonna go "Kyosho"? (lol that does not sound right but you know what I mean)

Im not sure whats happening...if they have dropped them permenently or just until they make some new body shells but i think if they have dropped permenently they will be rarer in the future and worth alot more then what you bought them for.

I would go kyosho (lol) if i could afford it, xmods were a cheaper option really and they're easier to work with.

I am not so sure they will be worth a lot more. Maybe the new unopen stuff would be worth something around the x-mas season.

Yeah, can you imagine if you could "re-make" it? Well, I bet they still hold the patents, etc. to it... Well only time will tell I guess...
