Project: High Roller

ok i know i have alot of projects right now
but this one is for the off road comp
and i am hoping to get it do in time but if
not than it will go in the next open class


whell i started with a long bed model kit
and a chassis
and an off road kit
the front of the body is mounted but
i mioght have to rase it orlower it
that is not the fainel spot for it





plans
sevro
nice paint job
hobby grade ecs
sevro motor
micro-t shock very smoth
paint chassis
bush gurd
roll cage
motor to come

and here is where rim and tire combos i canpick form
but i do not know witch i want though so let me know what you like

woah those black rims, the ones with spokes are beutiful they almost brought tears to my eyes...where did you get them i'm still in awww.

nice project you have there but you do know that's an xtruck chassis...just because there might be some micro-t pieces in there doesn't exclude the fact it's an xmod...not tryin to be mean...ohh yeah i like the 2nd sets of rims....

i now there are nice you can get them at atomicmods those ones or mini-z awd wheels
but i think i know what ones i am going to use

i do not know about the soilds but they look ok

looks great, definatly extend the chassis so the wheels line up with the wheel wells. I like the solid black. Do you know the paint scheme yet.

i have no clue on the paint right i have beeen brain storming but have not come up with anything that i liked

as said befor that the body is going to stay b/c i do not have the motor in yet and it might need to be higher or lower

ok got an update i picked the rims
i am useing and lowered the
body and fixed it so that
it is lined up with the wheel whells

ok got an update i made a roll cage
it is just a mock up right now i think it looks
good and i have a few cool things planed for the
cage and if you can think of any thing let know

i got one of my oders in form the hs and it had a
hs55 in it and it is going to to be for sterring
i will have it monted tommaro
cheack back tommaro oh i picked out the paint
you will havfe to wait to see what it is it shold painted by the end of the week

btw do you think it shloud be on top or bottom

hmm,,, top i think. although bottom would make the steering more precise, it would look kinda funny with a box hanging under the truck (unless you make several boxes as scale under-truck toolboxes)

I did that with my Hilux! Except it was on the left, and I used an upside-down stock steering rod

ok i got an update

i got the servo motor and the one for sterring
mounted and i got a vid of it working i am useing
my mini lst for the sevro in the vid b/c the board is not
hoked up yet i just orderd the parts that i needed and it shuold
be in soon
