no comments?
o well i'll keep the updates coming.
got the third color on there late last night, early this morning. came home on lunch and pulled the tape off. found a few spots the tape didn't stick very well apparently. so i have a little bit of touch up to do, a little bit of sanding, then a clear coat. don't want to get it shiny, but want it protected some.

well enough talk here's some pics.

Okay just that that would be cool, that would be a first but I think it will be extremely hard trying to make a working one.But no snow truck is complete with out it`s plow.

get some paint that matches the color, and use a toothpick. it makes it easier to get it on specific spots vs using a brush. the sand it in to blend it, then throw some clear coat over it and your good to go.

I saw the video, but I'm not convinced it is effective. XP
Oh, and what did you write on your hand? XP

May we have an explanation as how you don't find it effective?

Have you ever run a stock xmod truck on ice? It would barely moves...
Have you ever even run and xmod truck?

The chains gives more grip than stock rubber tires on ice.

For some reason I'm thinking an AWD truck would do just as well doing what his was doing but,
No and no. XD
Which is probably the reason why I said that I wasn't convinced the chains helped, I have nothing to compare it to.

ha, well since you haven't run one i would see why you could possibly think that. but i will get a comparison next time i get some ice / snow around here. even with awd and regular off road tires the xmod just spins the tires and doesn't move very well on flat ice, let alone coming up an incline that quick. same as a real truck in the winter, just smaller scale. even with 4x4 in a truck if you hit the right kind of ice its just 4 tires spinning instead of 2.

edit, and the writing on my hand was something at work, i think a model number from sonething i was working on. your hand is the best reusable note pad ever.
