paint colour for 1950 chevy truck

just wondering what yall think the best colour for my 1950 chevy street machine would be and if yall think it should be raised or lowered.ill post pics when i can

i think it should be like Red with like a black pin strip down the middle or the other way around

Dayglo green like a good friend of mine in High school (God rest his soul) had,
with everything on it chrome.
