ah yea, i have a suspension trick ive seen on here, that im gonna do to make sure it hauls every thing good. so right now its sitting on the rear end at the height i need, and i have pics of it with the trailer sitting on the bed.


its just a sitting on there right now.

hmm sitting just a tad too high, maybe ill keep it.

things looking pretty sick right now, too bad the trucks not staying red.

looks pretty good for now..

love the way this is all taking shape...think the red truck is sweet...how about small magnets to hold up the back door/ramp...idk...

yea im thinkin about leavin it the way it is, probably wont paint it. and i was thinking about that, but i would need a magnet strip for the ramp, and a small magnet for the top inside. idk it might work.

i thought those little square black magnet bits you see in a science museum gift shop or something, 1/4" by 1/4"...one for each corner of the ramp and another two in the top two corners of the trailer...or even the backing off some old fridge magnets...anyways great project once again

But trailers rarely ever match the truck that tows it... unless it was like for a race team.

thanks guys,and yea im really thinkin about makin it a dually like its suppose to be, but its lifted too so idk how well that would match. ill figure it out. does anyone know how tall the tires are? and hmm that paint idea seems interesting, ill think it over maybe black with red stripes.

black trailer with 1 fat red stripe ( A-team van style ) would look sick behind that red truck...more and more you r making me want a phatty trailer to play around with...

little mini update, clips mounted and truck in for black paint sadly its turning out uglyyy right now, i ran outa black paint so theres bubbles and crap ima have to sand it down and then respray. heres the pics for now. going out to get more paint later.

you might want to get another can of spray paint...or take a needle and use some thinner and clean out the nozzle of your current can....my suggestion would be to sand, primer, and then paint...but other than that the project is coming along nicely....

yea i just picked up some sand paper, and paint black metallic :bingwink: i have the primer already. so ill be sanding it soon enough and then primering it up. then paint.

well heres some updates i got the truck and trailer as best i could, and heres how it sits now.


no the chassis isnt done yet.
