As much as we beg, it's not going to come anytime soon from GM, not even with the Camaro. But, don't worry my friends and fiends. Aftermarket companies are hot into making conversion kits, like how they are to convert the new Challenger into a Plymouth Cuda.

The black one on the right is my personal fav., I wouldn't own the new Camaro, but I would own that.

It actualy looks fairly nice, but NO T-TOPS or CONVIRTABLES !!!!

The one furthest to the right in the middle is my personal favorite. It has almost all the qualities of the original..That would be kinda cool if they made a new"Smokey and the Bandit" with the new concept Trans AM..

WTF LOL It's been in Silver, Hugger Orange, and the Bumble bee yellow in the Concepts.

We has black:

We has Silver:

We has red:

We has yellur

We has white

And SS package white: http://www.camaro5.com/forums/showthread.php?t=3415

Just going out to say, these aren't real concepts from Pontiac. Their artist's renderings.

how do the classic style ones remind you of the sunbird?

imo the mid left one on the bottom row is the best.

yeah, but i prefer sport convertibles (where it's like a t-top with how it still has the back window, but there's no center beam)

The word your looking for is Targa. Targa tops. Used on Corvettes, older 911s, and now on the Solstice coupes

hey tex what is up with the grill in the red camaro you posted it looks like it is cardboard I hope that was just a mock up and the paint on the hood does not match up. About the trans-ams they look okay but, I would rather have a camaro no offense but I think trans-ams are for more redneck type people.

It's a project car from GM. The hood stripe ends at different lengths, different side stripes, different rims, yes a temporary grille. Just trying parts on and seeing what looks like what. Parts off this will be offered from the dealership.
