my starter car with a generation 2 moter is not working what do i do.

You could tell us exactly what isn't working...

Are you batteries flat?
Did you install the stage 2 motor and now it no longer turns?
Did you put the motor power leads on the right way?

We are happy to help but we need information....

it makes a humming sound and nothing happens

Take the motor out of the cradle and hold it in your hands, hit the gas... what happens? If it turns fast then I would say it wasn't mounted correctly, if it turns slowly then batteries.
