Default Winch??

I just got my F-150 and I was trying to find things to make it look better. Does anyone know how to make one or if you could buy one?

P.S.- sorry about not having pics.(new to site and don't really know how to put them on yet.)

Small spool of thread, wrapped with silver embroidery floss or a small segment of braided coax core, mounted in a box with a modified jewelery clasp. I could draw a picture but I don't have a scanner.

are you talking about a winch, cause if you are ive seen them on a rock crawling model and also on little truck and trailer models, if you could find one id say it would work perfectly.

Thanks again. Also the lego one would work but it is way to big to be realistic. It is as big as the driver and passenger window.

5.0saleen, do you remember where you saw those models and about how much they were?

Sorry about posting twice. I forgot to ask in the one above this

just edit your current one?

but then the prob would be how to turn it off and on. u could have a switch that would run paralle w/ the motor and then to the winch. so then when y give it gas it pulls it with the tires spining. even though it is pointless it still is cool

you could run the zip zaps motor off a small hearing aid battery or any other flat battery. you might have to gear it to fully pull the xmod but it could be done.just need some patience.

Ever heard of a Lego Winch? Some of the old kits used to sell them... They're pretty good, even though they're manual. Kind of an easy alternative to haveing to do all that wiring, right? If you DID want to put an electric one on, though, you could buy a switch, like one on AtomicMods, or PerformanceXMods. You could cut a hole in the bed of your truck, and stick the switch out from there! I sure hope I helped you out.
