Default engine problem

i installed a drad racing stage 2 motor on my mustang and it is going slower then my brothers stock skiline what is the problem

There is 2 things that could of gone wrong;

1- you might have installed it wrong....

2- you might have gotten a faulty motor .... i suggest u take it back to rs and get a new one

thanks i might take it back because when i put the stock motor back on it ran as fast as my brothers car

I bet the brushes weren't broken in. Try plugging in the motor while outside of the car and letting it run full tilt for a couple minutes, then install it. If it didn't fix it, take it back.

stupid question...don't take this the wrong way but, did u use the correct bevel gear with the motor?

YES I DID USE THE CORRECT BEVEL GEAR , i took the advive of viperdout and it works know
